regarding that specific service, feature or transaction.

Passwords

issued to them by MSI. Such restricted material is considered confidential and proprietary information of MSI. Password holders may not
transfer a password to another party. MSI authorizes proper password holders to download, copy, and use the restricted material only
according to the license described above in item 4, or, for password-holding account executives, in the course of executing their duties for
their current employer. Passwords are the property of MSI and may be revoked or changed at any time without notice if the password holder
does not comply with these Terms of Use.
Customer “My Accounts,” Passwords and Security.
Certain services offered on or through the Site require you to first establish access. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your My Access information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your access authorization. You
agree to notify Money Strategies, Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You
may be held liable for losses incurred by Money Strategies, Inc. or any other user of the Site due to someone else using your password or
customer access. You may not use anyone else’s password or customer access at any time.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites. Should you attempt to do so, assist others in making such attempts, or
distributing instructions, software or tools for that purpose, then your customer My Access will be terminated.
E-Mail
11. Electronic mail (e-mail) submitted through this website must not be considered either secure or confidential, because the World Wide Web
through which it travels is not a secure medium. E-mail submissions are not guaranteed to be received by MSI.
Applicable Law
12. For all matters related to the use of this website, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable law. Money Strategies, Inc. is
